Candida and yeast infection:Similarities and symptoms: The person may be at risk for candida, a systemic yeast infection or fungal infection. It can and does vary from person to person. These symptoms may differ based on the weaknesses in particular genetic setup. This may be part of the reason that there are so a lot of different categories and types of yeast symptoms. It is predictable that 80-90% of the population suffers from some sort of systemic yeast infection. They have become accustomed to the symptoms and just accept them as part of their daily lives. Most public have never heard of candida or systemic yeast infection. The cause of a candida infection: Although Candida albicans is common yeast found in digestive system and throat, when it is exposed to antibiotics, birth control pills, cortisteroids or prednisone the good bacteria that normally keep candida under control in the systems are killed off and the candida can overgrow. When the candida yeast gets out of control it morphs into a mycelia fungal form and becomes persistent and grows rhizoids which then warren into intestinal wall. These rhizoids go microscopic holes in the intestinal wall which allows toxins in the form of undigested food particles, bacteria and candida into blood stream. When this state occurs the overgrowth is called Candidacies or a systemic yeast infection. One indication of candida is oral thrush or a white coated tongue. A candida infection is a communicable condition and if one family member has it, all are at danger. |
